New Telephone System

Angel Plastics are pleased to announce that their new phone system has gone LIVE today with one main telephone number over several lines servicing the various departments within the organisation for customers, suppliers and for other general enquiries.  The new number is 020 8644 8143 and the website will be amended with the new details within the next 24 hours. The new voice of Angel Plastics is the one and only Mark Holley who initially greets new  callers with the Company opening hours and then offers callers the following options within the system as follows:-

1. Local based customers wishing to speak to the Trade Counter
2. Web based customers wishing to place orders or check on delivery status ( further options relating to nature of query)
3. Accounts Department
4. Stock Control
5. All other general enquiries

This new system should go along way to speeding up the order and sales processing along with freeing up lines that in the past have at times been congested to say the least!

So from now the new number for Angel Plastics will be 020 8644 8143
