Angel Plastics acquire seamless aluminium guttering specialists, Herald Contracts Ltd

Earlier today a deal was struck by Angel Plastics which has culminated in the acquisition of the Seamless Aluminium Guttering specialists, Herald Contracts Ltd who have been based in Sutton for over 20 years.  Herald Contracts have steadily built up a strong client base for this extremely popular aluminium gutter system. The plan, so far as Angel Plastics are concerned is to offer this seamless guttering service on a supply only basis whereby customers of theirs will be able to run off specific lengths for their own purpose. Naturally, if the runs required are too long to transport to site they will then offer the gutter system on what they call a ”Cut & Drop’ service which involves taking the machine to site and roll forming the gutter on site and leaving for their customers to fit.

Over the last few months Angel Plastics have been introducing many new products to their range and they feel that this exciting acquisition will underline their commitment to providing a ‘One Stop Shop’ for the roofline customer
